None of those are truthsworthy, shit in the mouth means that the color speaks nonsense or falsity, red its a reckless color so it means red color just spits shit when talking, (as alot of people i know do), and in case of blue, well i didnt quite get what the heck it means but something that claims that its vitality its unexistant it means it and unexistant can also be related to poop in my opinion and its even worse by having that feeling of being invulnerable, i think you can consider the falsity of both colors but never forget that im also a red and this comment u just read its a mouthfull of crap.

in conclusion i think you should trust blue because it at least has arguments.
